Creating a Support Ticket
For sensitive issues, you must create a support ticket. This opens a private channel between you and our staff team. To create one, go to the ticket creation channel in our Discord and follow the instructions provided by the bot.
#support channel.
When to Create a Ticket
- You have a problem with a purchase, billing, or your account credits.
- You want to purchase a custom plan or upgrade.
- You are experiencing a critical technical issue that you believe is a platform problem (not your own configuration).
- You need to report a user or sensitive situation privately (see below).
How to Create an Effective Ticket
To help us solve your problem as quickly as possible, please include the following information:
- A Clear and Concise Title: "Problem with recent coin purchase" is much better than "help!!!!!".
- Your Server ID: This is the short string of letters and numbers found on your server card in the dashboard.
- A Detailed Description of the Problem: Explain what you were trying to do and what went wrong.
- Proof (if applicable): For billing issues, provide transaction IDs. For technical issues, provide full, uncropped screenshots of error messages.
Reporting Users & Abuse
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse on our platform. If you witness another user violating our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting malicious content, launching attacks, harassing others), please report it immediately by creating a support ticket.
How to File a Report
- Create a support ticket with the title "User Report: [Username]".
- Provide the username and Server ID (if applicable) of the user you are reporting.
- Clearly explain the violation you witnessed.
- Attach your proof. This can include uncropped screenshots, video recordings, or links to any offending material.
Appealing a Suspension
If your account or one of your servers has been suspended, you will receive a notification stating the reason. You have the right to appeal this decision by creating a support ticket.
How to Appeal
- Create a support ticket with the title "Suspension Appeal".
- State clearly and calmly why you believe the suspension was a mistake.
- Provide any evidence or context that you believe is relevant to your case.
Please be aware that violations of our core security and fairness policies are typically non-appealable and will result in a permanent ban. These include, but are not limited to:
- Creating alternate ("alt") accounts to bypass limits.
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Launching DDoS attacks or any form of malicious network activity.
Applying for Staff
We are always looking for passionate, helpful, and knowledgeable members of the community to join our volunteer staff team. Staff members help others in the Discord, test new features, and contribute to the growth of the platform.
Requirements
While specific requirements may change, we generally look for candidates who:
- Are at least 15 years of age.
- Have a good standing in the community with no recent rule violations.
- Are active and helpful in our Discord server.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of our services and a willingness to learn.
How to Apply
We will post announcements in the #announcements channel of our Discord server when staff applications are open. The announcement will include a link to the application form and any specific instructions. Please do not ask staff members about the status of your application; we will contact you if you are selected for an interview.
