  • Unlimited Features: Get unlimited backup slots and database slots upon request to support your growing projects.
  • Enhanced Bot Hosting: Paid bot hosting plans give you access to a separate, more powerful server environment, removing the 25% CPU limit and providing up to 1GB of dedicated RAM.
  • Priority Support: Your support tickets are moved to the front of the queue, ensuring you get faster help when you need it most.

We are confident in the quality of our paid services. We offer a 99.9% Uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) and guarantee that your dedicated resources will perform as advertised. If we fail to meet this standard, you are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.

How to Purchase a Plan

Discuss Your Needs

Complete the Payment

Once you've chosen a plan, we will arrange payment. We currently accept the following methods:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
  • PayPal

You will receive a receipt via email for your records. All plans are billed monthly unless a different arrangement is made.

Receive Your Resources

Once your payment is confirmed, the resources from your new plan will be added to your account and your profile will be upgraded with a VIP tag. You are now ready to deploy your high-performance servers!

Accessing Your VIP Benefits

After purchasing a plan, your account is upgraded to VIP status. This unlocks exclusive, high-performance server locations (nodes) in the deployment wizard.

When you reach the "Select Location" step, you will see your account has a yellow "VIP Access" tag in the top right. In the list of available nodes, you will now see private, dedicated nodes marked with the same VIP tag. These are reserved exclusively for you and provide the guaranteed performance of your paid plan.

Managing Your Subscription

While you can always manage your server's resources (like editing RAM/CPU or deleting servers) directly from the dashboard, all subscription management is handled personally by our support team.

How to Make Changes

To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, please contact us through one of the following methods, and we will process your request promptly:

Billing & Cancellations

Your service is billed monthly. If you choose to cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will not renew, and your paid services will be suspended.

Fair Use Policy on "Unlimited" Features

We offer "unlimited" backup and database slots to paid users to ensure you have all the resources you need for your projects. This policy is based on fair use. You can request as many slots as are reasonably required for the servers on your plan. This policy is in place to prevent abuse, such as using our services for mass file storage, which is not the intended purpose of the platform.

Refund Policy

We stand by our performance guarantee and aim to be fair with our refund policy. Our complete policy is outlined in our Terms of Service, but here is a summary of the key points.

Refund Timeframes

  • Full Refund (7 Days): We offer a no-questions-asked, full refund for any new plan purchase if requested within the first 7 days.
  • Partial Refund (8-14 Days): You may request a partial (50%) refund if you cancel between 8 and 14 days after your initial purchase.
  • After 14 Days: No refunds are issued after 14 days, except in cases where we fail to meet our performance guarantee and cannot resolve the issue.
Important Conditions & Exclusions
  • The refund policy applies only to your first purchase on a new account.
  • Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before its renewal date.
  • Users suspended for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
